Yin Yoga is a passive style of yoga that targets the connective tissues of the body (fascia, ligaments..). The postures are held for a longer period of time (3-10min) and they are mainly concentrated in the lower half of the body. Reiki energy healing is performed while the student in a particular yin posture.
