Mindfulness & Adventure Retreat in Nicaragua

Join us for a rejuvenating, healing and adventure filled journey in Nicaragua.  Each day will begin with an energizing yoga & meditation class before setting off on a new adventure to experience what this beautiful country has to offer both in nature and in culture. Each day will end with a gentle restorative yoga practice and a relaxing guided meditation to prepare for a restful and rejuvenating night.

Truly an amazing experience. All day excursions were thoughtfully planned out and I was able to enjoy a wide range of activities while in a beautiful country. Visiting a coffee plantation, taking a boat tour through Lake Nicaragua, and zip lining through the forest were among my personal favorites. Daily yoga classes were great and the teachers really cared about my progress and comfort while doing poses. Evening yoga classes included a meditation which was incredibly relaxing and the perfect way to end a long fun filled day. Iā€™m so happy I was able to participate and I look forward to the next one!
